Basically when I'm going down the road and i hit the gas, the whole car kinda twists up one way (one side of rear end lifts and the car wants to turn a tad to one direction) then when i let off of the gas the oppisite happens. Theres not really any poping noises or anything the car just moves off kilter then back...

I'm kinda guessing a busted either a bushing or something similar in the rear but has anyone else had this happen and know where to look before i put the car up in the air?

I drifted the car pretty hard just before i noticed the problem so its likely that i roughed it up a little...

Check your rear alignment (toe, more specifically), and check your subframe and differential bushings.

probably have a messed up thrust angle. It should be at 0 degrees ideally.

I think it's a little more than alignment so i'm gonna check the bushings...

Can you explain more about what you mean? I'm not quite sure what you mean by thrust angle...

Thrust angle is the angle between the lengthwise axis of the car, and the angle at which the engine's torque is applied to the ground.

It could be your alignment -- if you have positive toe on one of the rear wheels and negative toe on the other, you have changed your thrust angle and the car will behave EXACTLY as you describe. Alignment is the easiest thing to fix, and should be the first thing you check.

If you check, and both your wheels are equally toed in, or neutral, then chances are your subframe bushings are shot, which is allowing your subframe's lengthwise axis to be nonparallel with your car's lengthwise axis, changing your thrust angle when your subframe shifts.
