car trouble

Ok as the title states it. I have a 76 280z. When i carank it in the mornings after sitting all night it is very hard to start. it will crank and then it dies. After several tries it will carnk up and idle real funny...500 then jumping up then falling...finally it will warm up a bit and do fine.Second problem is the blinkers wont work at all. It has new fuse in it...the right size of course. The hazard switch never worked. the blinkers use to work but now it wont even show its trying to work. ie...the turn indicators on dash dont light up.last problem is when decelerating from about 75 to 50, it has a hard knocking sound and vibration coming from the right rear tire area...please help!!!if you need mor info let me know
