Car Trouble!

Ok, I was with my friends, and saw Pirates of the Carribean, and then we got back to my friend andrew's house, and I was leaving. So I started the car, let it warm up a min, then drove to get gas (gotta go somewhere early tomarrow). I noticed my brakes being a helluva lot more stiff than usual. As I drove, it got more stiff to the point where if i put all my force I cant even lock my brakes (yeah yeah, bad example, but it aint workin right). Shortly after, I noticed my idle being really finicky, its idling low and sporadically.

Any ideas? Or is my motor about to go?

vaccum leak? check you brake booster hose? It really does sound like a vaccum leak (though I really don't know which hose it would be honestly...)

I figured it out last night after i posted, took the car out for a drive and looked around, It turned out the vaccum hose from the motor to the master cy(i think :p) broke, its practically torn in half, not sure how it happened, but thanks for the help guys.
