Car thumps when I turn and drives like a bad truck

Greeting, I am new having just bought my 06 SL with 24k miles. When I make a tight turn it feels like I have a bubble in my tire. there is a thumping. I had the tires checked, wheels aligned and it got worse. i took it to Nissan who thought it was that the Auto was on. He did not know that the Auto turns itself off.(idiot) Help

Also, the cars drives and sounds like a noisy truck when I accelerate. I cant believe that it should be this way the way all you people love the ride of their MO's. I am concerned it might be thr trans or gear box. help. thank you

Did the dealer check the front axles/ CV joints (constant velocity joint on the outer axle)?? If badly worn they can make either clicking and/or thumping noises while turning etc..

What tires and tread design are you running?

The tires are goodyear Eagle LS 235/65/r18 104t. The dealer did not do a thorough check, he only test drove it, i have to make an appt for a full diagnostic

I just got back from Nissan and they said it was the transfer case! The car only has 24k miles so it is covered. Is there anything i have to look out for. are they required to repair anything else? Does this mean the trans is bad also?
