^ Yup, except for a very small portion of girls that actually have the attention span to listen and try to understand. When they figure out you like the car more than them though, it's all over.

On the other hand, most girls I've met are for the most part wanting to learn but the whole aspect does not sound appealing because they understand very little.

I think it's a matter of how much they want to learn and how much they care about the subject matter, be it cars, learning Japanese, or anything else.

Most girls just want to get into cars and learn stuff because guys dig chicks that know their s*** but in actuality, they have no genuine interest. So when you're heart isn't into it, you're not going to try hard to understand it.

I'm not going to pretend I know everything, but I can do my own maintenance and I appreciate nice cars. If I have a guy to handle the dirty technical stuff, then hey, more power to me, right? Why do for yourself, what you can get others to do for you - for free?

Japanese is actually a fairly easy language to learn BTW. You should give it a shot.

I can relate with all your cries. Since I have moved in with my fiance I haven't worked on my cars because once she asks me what I'm doing 15-20 mins later were arguing over why I'm wasting my time with a car and not spending any time with her.( I feel so neutered )

i was just at a lake with family, came back and say "just got back from lake, some of my cousins were there" and the first thing brett says is " are they hot" to which i respond with "i cant say, i dont judge my own cousins cuz thats sick dude"
