Car stutters in 2nd gear

Hi guys, I tried to search for this but I can't find anything.

My car will start fine (95 240sx with redtop SR20DET) and remains fine in first gear.

When it shifts into second gear (IT IS AN AUTOMATIC) it begins to stutter really bad. The car vibrates really roughly and the car won't go over 40 mph.

I have changed an injector, spark plugs and checked the coil packs. All of these are fine. Does anyone know what might be causing this?
