i have an SR in my 240, and it stutters and misfires at mid boost, occasionaly at full boost, ive pulled my manual boost controler, ive checkd for vacume leaks, check my spark plugs there all good, now im lost.

Get new spark plugs(never know), check wires, ignition timing, fuel quality etc. Go over every little thing just once and you might find what you are looking for.

well, i installed my air/fuel ratio gauge and found out the issue turns out my stock fuel pump sucks big time so i just ordered my walbro 225 today. it ran real lean after 10 psi. thanks for the help
