car stutter

I have a 98 altima se. When it rains my car will stutter or buck when I hit just over 2000 rpm. It does not matter what gear(its an auto) its in. I have to gently accelerate to reach speed making sure to keep my engine under 2300 rpm. Before I take it in or start replacing parts, can anyone help? Also the ABS light has come on as well.

I can't give you a concrete anwser without having more information or having the vehicle in front of me, but it sounds like the symptoms of a bad distributor. As far as the ABS light, you need to have someone pull the ABS code to have an idea where to start.

Yep, check for moisture in the distributer cap and check the ignition wires for breaks, spark might be jumping to the wrong cylinder when stuff gets wet.
