Car stopped starting >.< (Long)

Okay here's the run down, 1989 240 before the car stopped starting it used to have an unstable idle, but would crank normally. It would also idle high after 5 mins of driving - then go normal. Any how, my gf tried to start it one morning no go. I tried it and could get it to start while pressing the accelerator. And have it running crappy as long as foot on the gas. Leaking injector I thought, replaced the o-rings and grommets - check for ticking from each injector, all good. Some ticks didn't seem as loud as on 2 of the other injectors but still there fine. Now the car won't start at all even with the gas pressed. Removed fuel sending line, cranked car - gas shot out. Mmm, spark maybe? Removed distributor, connected wires, dusted off spark plugs, checked gap, spun crank angle sensor - each fires perfect. (New plugs and wires) FSM also says to check EGR control valve - but I don't think it would cause this problem. I'm at a loss - I still figure injectors or pump even though the test show them to be fine. Any ideas? (Before all this, I seafoamed gas tank, crankcase, and thru vacuum line and replaced fuel filter - so it should be up to tune)

What happens when you turn the key? any clicking or buzzing ?

If you mean any sound from my fuel pump, yes - Its kind of a high pitched buzz. I don't know if its normal operation though. On that note, are the 89-90 and 91-94 fuel pumps the same? Because I can match her fuel pump sound up to mine? Any other suggestions?

Could ignition timing be the problem? I rotated the crank angle position sensor to test the injectors as the FSM said? But this wouldn't mess up timing right?
