Well yeah. If the thieves really wanted your car, then there is nothing that you can do. They will bring in a u-haul or similar truck, and friggin' wench the car right into it, regardless of fuel pump switch, alarm, steering wheel locked, etc.
But, with regards to the fuel pump cut switch. Yes, everyone knows about them. But it is finding the actual switch that is DIFFERENT for EVERY car. I can have it up under my dash, where you can have it under your center console, and our friend can have it in behind the glove box.
As far as wiring it, it is SO simple. I don't know the wire color on the 240sx, but all you need is a multimeter. You'll see a series of wires coming out of two plugs where the fuel pump access hatch is in behind the rear seat when you pull up the covering/carpeting. Locate the plug that only has two wires. All you have to do is turn on the ignition and find the wire that powers up the fuel pump (switched 12 volts). Then, just cut that wire (with the ignition off). Connect a couple feet of wiring to each end of the wiring you just cut going to the fuel pump. Then, run both of those wires to a hidden switch somewhere in your car. The switch can be almost any switch, just atleast it is an on/off switch, like from RadioShack or any electronics store. Whenever you are wanting to disable your car, just flip the switch and WAH-LA. The engine may run for a few seconds, but it will cut off after that and will be almost impossible to start afterwards until the switch is turned off.
I only advise that when you install the switch somewhere, please make sure you secure it down, and you place it somewhere that it cannot be accidently triggered while you are driving. The worse thing you want while you are driving, ESPECIALLY if you are boosted, is to cut off the fuel pump. No fuel = detonation, and can seriously damage your engine, especially during WOT runs.
