Try bleeding your cooling system. It is a real common problem on the KA and is a ***** to find. You just pull the radiator cap, and then remove that little screw on the hose barb on the intake mani, in front of cyl 1. Fill the coolant until coolant comes out of there. Then jump on the front of the car until the coolant level falls a little and do it again. Then drive around and get it hot, remove the cap (BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!), and then that screw (again, BE CAREFUL!!!!) add coolant until it comes out again. Do you have the problem after you do that?
