my nissan infiniti QX4 2001 model factory fitted car stereo 6 cd changer (bose cnb 78) is bad. I want to buy a new one of the same quality and standard. please direct me on where and how to order for one. this is urgent.Thanks.

Ebay, or search (google) and you'll find companies that sell the replacement units.

Some will tell you it's cheaper to just replace the whole thing.

Also, do't forget to check our advertisers, I'm sure Scottsdale Infiniti carries the OEM piece.
