CAR STARTS ONCE IN A WHILE WHAT THE HELL IS UP MAN

I have both had my starter and battery tested checked my connections on nice and tight and replaced battery terminals and my car will be wierd and start one time and then 3 hours later I dont get nothing or I get a click click click....sometimes a bunch of times or a few or none at all and either it will click and start or not, it seems to do it in the cold and is fine in when its warm outside what could be wrong wiring? Relays? WHAT COULD IT BE??? please help

Yea I just got a new starter the 17th and my car was starting great about 6 times then it got really cold again and my car didnt start so I guess Im going to check out my wiring thanks for the help

Clean the negative cable on your battery. They tend to get corroded and stop cars from starting.
