Replaced the fan clutch today with one that is not on all the time... since then my car has stalled 4 times

twice when backing uponce when taking a turn [w/ clutch in]once when getting ready to turn [w/ clutch in]

So im thinking since the engine is no longer idling as high from having to spin a fan constantly it's dipping too low and it looses it.. has anyone else had this issue?

The factory fan clutch is thermo controlled... hence it's not on unless the small piece of metal is heated enough to engage it.

I'd just bump up your idle anyways... lowering the mass on the fan, or even the force would only make the engine less likely to stall out. It's when you remove actual inertia weight from something like the flywheel that the engine requires a little more rev to get going.

If bumping your idle doesnt work try wiggling the harnesses going to the airflow meter or dist with the car idling see if it kills the engine. by your description of stalling conditions it sounds like it happens with torque changes on the engine which moves harnesses slightly.
