check for vacuum leaks, also check maf.have you sprayed water under the hood at all latelyor got water on the distributer?

Check your coolant temp sensor make sure its connection is clean and in good contact with the terminals in the connector. also check its ohm reading when fully warmed up. It may be running to rich.
