Car stalls once warming up!

i'm going to keep it short and sweet, these are the only details i can give.

my car has a rough idle, once it warms up and whenever im not giving it gas (idling or clutch engaged and braking) the RPMS fluctuate and it usually stalls.

I've heard either fuel pump or MAF sensor... but the problem is that i'm really mechanically challenged. Anyone have simple ideas, or should i just bite the bullet and take it to a garage?

there are many threads covering this subject. try searching for idle problems. it could be any number of things from aiv if thats already been removed it could be maf or iaac read up on the different incedents and do some of the tests given to see if you can pinpoint your specific failure. Good luck and post if you have difficulty with any of the tests you are trying to perform.
