Hello guys,

I have a 2007 Sentra with manual transmission but sometimes when I'm driving at the highway and press the clutch and put it in neutral the engine stalls. I made a tune up recently, spark plugs and filters are new.

P.s.: Sometimes after a long decel and then make a light tip-in I feel the car hesitates.

Any ideas?

Could be a dirty MAF or vacuum leak or something. Is the check engine light on (or does it come on when it happens)?

Did the problem start only after you did the tune-up?

No check engine light and I did the tune up because of the stalls.... I'll check my MAF but I dont think it is vacuum leak cuz when the car is not moving the idle is ok!

Solved!!! It was a cracked intake hose... when I was in deceleration the engine moves and this hole in the intake hose allows air in bypassing MAF sensor.

Thanks guys!!
