Car Stalls at Idle

anyone have a solution for this problem? just replace the cat, and O2 sensors. car passes smog but the idle problem is still an issue. dies at idle sometimes only. please help..thanks

sounds like AIV problem........see sticky regarding this and search to double check that this is the problem. If it stalls at idle or has a crappy "bobbing" idle.......AIV most likely candidate.

I'm guessing something to do with the intake, I just fixed a problem with the intake that was causing my idle to fall and nearly staul. then again I dont know jack **** about cars so dont listen to me. ;D

check your mafs wiring harness probably it is loose

don't wanna state the obvious. . but did you check yoru plugs, are they old? is there any oil around the plugs? how old are your wires and cap? theck the air filter to make sure it's not clogged, and clean the throttle body

maybe your throttle screw was setup for the crappy o2 sensor you just replaced. Try adjusting it with that.

Once you do that, is it stable?

already change the plugs. where is the throttle screw?

it should be right near the opening of the throttle plate. find it?
