Car stalls at high speed

Car: 1993 Nissan 240sx

1993 240sx stock KA24DE except for the AEM CAI.

Car idles fine no sputters.
It stalls when put in neutral at speeds over 50mph. It won't stall if it's under 50mph

Only way for it not to stall is to keep downshifting as my speed lowers.

Car won't stall unless it's under the mentioned condition.

I just bought this car and I'm new to the Nissan world. Any help is appreciated

Could be wrong, but this sounds like a fuel issue, no?

I got some more info today. The car has a CEL on. Checked the ECU and it came back as code 32
