Well, I cleaned both MAF sensors and reset the ecu. So far it runs perfect and the shifts are even smoother.

Ok so a new issue came up. I started the car and it died. Did this 3 times and on the 4th I gave it some throttle and it was fine. It has 54K on the clock and I had recently cleaned the MAF sensors, did a fuel system cleaning and reset the ecu. Its been perfect for over a month so I'm a little stumped. I checked for codes and nothing. Any sugesstions?

You checked all of the obvious stuff, so sorry to say, I can't help.

I ended up doing the idle relearn and that seemed to have done the trick, at least I hope. It idles much smoother now.
