I just recently got my kat running it has a sr t25 turbo it smokes white at idle and it smells pretty bad i think its oil. What is causing it to do this is the turbo done. I have a new one laying in my gurage i just dont want to throw it on there if its going to blow the seals out again.

White smoke can mean that you are running rich, does it smell like gas? if it smells like burnt oil then it can mean that you did your oil feed line wrong, shouldnt have any kink since it's gravity feed back to your oil pan. (should be black smoke if burnt oil) or could be bad turbo.

You need to state what your set-up is and more detail on what you're using to control fuel so that we can further assist you. such as injector size etc... GL

EDIT: i meant oil return line, not feed line

its just a basic set up fmu on 7 pounds stock injecters with walbro 255, sr t25 with side mount. For some reason i dont think its gas or coolant because it smells like s***.
