Car shuts off once i depress the clutch after drifting? ka24

Hey, i have a ka24de with brian crower 264 cams. I got the car running about 2 weeks ago. Just yesterday i started having my car shut off on me after i would drift around and beat on the car for about 15 seconds. It would shut off once i pushed the clutch in and slow down. My car doesnt shut off if i beat on the car going in a straight line. After it would shut off on me, the car would have a hard time cranking back up and requires me to hit the gas and raise the rpm's way up.

P.S. the problem started occurring right after my i got my diff welded. I dont know if these two things could affect each other.

this story look ALL BAD from my POV. getting 240sx and a welded diff and beating on the car drifting around...happens way too often it seems

now i think more info is required here so did it just cut off or did it rev down and not stay at idle..pass it and die?

im gonna guess its your cams if everything else is functioning ok...any significant vacuum leaks or significant grounds not being grounded? check battery too

It revs down slowly, it isnt a sudden cut off.

and it only happens when your driving it hard you say?

yes, it doesnt always do it though but it does alot of the time.

check idling system
