drivelines are a funny thing, sometimes they do it all the time but when the problems are surfacing, they have a tendency to appear more under a load.that load can be when the driveline is accelerating or decelerating. since his problem is under decel, there is less of a chance that it is engine related. therefore i recommended to start by looking at the driveline. but it could be a lot of things, just trying to be helpful.eastcoastchaos wrote:wouldn't that stuff cause the problem all the time though, not just when he's not on the gas.
