car shaking and rough while driving HELP

I have a 1990 300zx with 28,000 original miles and my car is running really rough, it sounds like s*** when i drive it and shakes in idle.I only drove it around the neighborhood thinking it might go away but it didnt.I'm thinking it's my injectors but i dont know why they'd be going bad at only 28,000 miles. can someone please help!?

The injectors may only have 28k miles on them, but they're also 22 years old.

Here's what you do: While it's idling, unplug coil packs one at a time, and see if the idle changes. On the one that it doesn't change on, that is your dead cylinder. After that, you remove the spark plug, and crank it over to see if that cylinder is getting spark. If it is, your injector is bad. If it isn't, it's your PTU. (most likely anyways)

If you indeed are getting spark you can also ohm test your injectors.
Take a multimeter to the connector leads in your injector(s) and measure for resistance.
They should read between 10-14 ohms.
