car shakes when my foots in the gas

hey, I just recently bought a CAI (cold air intake) for my 1990 240sx, manual. When i go to shift from any gear toa higher one, like 2nd to 3rd, it shakes as soon as i let the clutch go in 3rd, its like the motor is havin trouble accelerating, I had the same prob before and i found out it was a bad spark plug wire. But i checked them again and their fine this time so its something else. Any ideas?????

Air flow meter? Or actually the intake. Emm.. fuel injectors? Nevermind, I don't know. lolz
