Custom Log ManifoldCustome Built T3/T4 Turbo 57 mm Stage 2 wheel/.48 AR3inch DP, and Exhaust32x12x2 Custom FMIC Blow-Through MAF370cc InjectorsWALBRo 255SAFC2

Here are some pics:

It's running 5 psi right now, just to break in the SPEC stage3 clutch, and Flywheel,

I have a newer M3 on my kill list already, some Mustangs and Vettes should be there after this weekend.

Should have some Dyno Charts next week.

Feel free to ask questionsJ.D.

I paid 3350 installed, I did a whole package deal, turbo cost the most. It's only boosting at 5 psi right now, and pulls to redline very quick, it's defintiely faster than most of the other cars around our area right now. Tommorrow, we're going to see how well it holds 9 pounds. If you want some more info, you can contact Eric, 678 770 4516, or IM him rb25ds14.

Looks sweet man. 3300 for everything install icluded is a damn good deal. I wouldn't have chosen the .48 exhaust housing with a 57 trim compressor, but thats just my .02. I find the .48 AR to far to restrictive for a 2.4 liter. I wouldn't openly recommed anything smaller then a .63. But you'll have instant boost thats for sure. I'm interested to see if she'll hold boost in the upper levels.

Best of luck, seeya at the track.

We're going to dyno it today at 5 psi, then bump it up to 10 psi.

Runs great, throttle response is quick, we aren't recirculating the BOV, so it tends to want to die when stopping to quick, or just idle up and down from 600 to 900. Haven't quite figured out the DEC AIR setting on the SAFC2.

Our shop is about 15 minutes forom the Big Chickengive me a call 678 770 4516 if you would like to discuss your project.

We dynoed the 240 yesterday, don't have the charts to post, at 7 psi, it layed down 231hp, and 246tq. I will try to have the graphs up soon, this was done at stock timing, with the MAF maxing out, the AF's were straight across 13 throughout the runs.

It already has a new M3 on it's kill list, plus plenty of Mustangs.

It'll be stepping up to 12psi a Z32 MAF, and 50 lb injectors with our custom top fuel rail next week.

Dude...13 is wicked lean. Unless your running alky or race gas all the time you'll blow that thing up quick. Are you sure its 13?

id be running no less than 12.0 on stock timing and thats iffy---id back that timing down or run 12.0--be careful--stock KA's are forgiving with bad tuning.

We read the charts wrong, it's 12 across the board dropping down to 11.9 in upper rpm areas. Timing was already backed down 3 degrees. Everythings straight on it.

The SAFC2's knock sensor settings, we're getting a sensor reading from it, but the percentage doesn't move at all in the display, it generally moves from 00043 to 00085 in the sensor readings, sound right, is the voltage output from the knock snesor millivolts, and the safc2 reegister volts?

I believe you have to calibrate the readings. Look in the manual for the knock sensor setting. Page 38 of the Final SAFC II instruction manual.
