Car runs Pig Rich if i plug in my Tial BOV?

Hey guys

I have a Redtop SR20 running S15 turbo on it with a Tial Q BOV

I ran a dedicated BOV line to one of the top Vacuum port on the intake
It idles but whenever i rev it it runs really rich.

how do i get it to idle in the 14s????

Are you running external waste gate or internal? Do you have a gauge as well? Where do you have these sources routed from?
