Car runs like sh!+ when it rains?

Is it just me but why is my car running crappy when i rains? Do I need to replce a sensor or something, whats the deal. It stumbles a little and is slow on boost?

Warm humid air is much less dense than cool dry air.

Thanks, I was hoping it was the whole air density thing. Something I just have to deal.
