I got tune chip from emance and installed it in as it said in the instructions, nothing too hard, and it was pretuned with sr injectors and a N60 MAF. I installed everything and the car runs like poo. It idles super rough and stays below 500 then stalls if I dont hold the pedal down. Also I think its running really lean because white smoke comes from the back but it doesnt smell like coolant. If I rev it up it is very hesistant and feels like there is no power. I just need some insight on this, If anyone has any ideas please share because I am out. I thought it was a vacuum leak but I couldnt find any

I am not 100% of my answer but I would say EVERYTHING E-mance sells is trash, Consult Connectors, ROM tune chips....

I can only get my Consult Connector to work with a certain ECU so I will have to trash the connector for his lack of communication.

If you recently bought the chip and paid through PayPal then get your money back.

Did you install the ROM chip correctly though?

yeah i followed it to the line, it wasnt hard at all. I thought it was a vacuum leak, so i found a small one and replaced it but its still doing the same thing. I also hear ticking noises coming from the head

im going to pull the rail and see if the injectors are leaking.

Is it difficult to reinstall the original chip and see how it responds? If it was running fine before the "upgrade" and fine after you reinstall the original at least you can rule out catastrophic things like a blown head gasket, etc.

make sure the seals for the injectors aren't damaged and try gettin a little WD40 on them before sliding the injectors back on.

Was the n60 maf a new thing you installed or was it on they're previously cause it sounds like a bit of bad maf sympthoms.

there were no leaks in the injectors, the problem im having is the rail itself isnt evening up. I thought i bolted it right on the car and i turned the ignition to "on" and i saw a puff of white smoke come out of cylinder 4. When I took a closer look the injector is slightly to the right of the seal and i cant get it to even up

From what I've heard, the best way to tune and fix an e-mance system is to completely uninstall it and throw it in the garbage.
