Car runs but then dies out with ecu.

So anyways, had the car runing perfectly fine with of course trouble shooting the crap out of it.......ran perfect until a few weeks ago when my car began to have symptoms of fuel starvation/boost leak (talking like mad boost leak)! Car went on "Limp Mode" and made it to the gas station thinking i had just ran out of gas. fill 1/2 tank...nothing (wtf)! Car "IS" turning over and fuel pump was being herd. So i proceeded to check voltage on my injector plugs (good)......ignitor (ok)..... cas (wtf nothing).......what nothing? So i began to check backwards had no voltage on any of it. Jumped inside the car turned it of and then back to on. No fuel pump was herd..... and my ecm wasnt turning on!?!?! tried everything ive checked all the fueses, fuel pump, etc

That is all triggered off of one relay in the kick panel area.

So it could be a bad relay? There are two....1eccs and 1ign relay for the main harness. Could there be a possibility of a bad ecu or bad wirering?
