car running weird lately

my KA24E has been running weird lately. Some things i have noticed:

1. significant drop in mpg2. bad starts3. Hesitation out of 1st gear, rpms drop to nearly 200 and car almost dies4. running rich, idles above 1000

what are your thoughts? injectors? fuel pump? fuel filter? sensors? MAF?I think im gonna give it a tune up, not sure when one was last done?

Any thoughts or advice will be appreciated.
