ok so i purchased a major project car a while back. it had problems and i have fixed most of them. i took it to a local shop here and they said the previous owner had wired it wrong when he did the SR swap. they rewired it for me, and said i needed to get a new alternator and ecu. so i purchased a 63 ecu just for now and an alternator from my friend. o yeah when the previous owner wired it he put in a kill switch thing.

so today when i start it and try to shut it off the car will not turn off. even when i disconnected the battery. then i reconnected it and pulled it again it shuts off. i really have no idea what it could be wrong, since i am not that good at the wiring part. maybe its the ecu? i really need some help. i would appreciate it a lot thanks.

well pulling the neg cable after the car is running will not shut the motor off. the alternator is going to keep it running.
