Car rides like crap

Ok guys im not sure why my car does this so i need the advice. When i drive in the freeway the car seems to lose control over bumps and stuff going around 65 or 70 mph. Im thinking its a few things is is rack and pinion, struts and springs or both. I would thing its a crappy ride because of the struts but can a car actaully be loose all over the road because of it or maybe a power steering problem ( but it turns nice and soft on the strreet) Im not sure help me out guys its the first time i ever encountered this problem on a 240.

gonna guess tie rod(s) is shot. before you throw parts at it, it would probably be cheaper for you to just pay a small fee and have an alignment tech throw it on the rack and take a good look at it.

ok i need some major help i but a emanage blue,550cc injectores,t3/t04e turbo and aem fpr, and my car wont starte and it has been setting in my garage for over a year it cranks but wont stay one hellpppppppphttp
