hey guys im new to the form but have lots on knowledge regarding 240's and sr20's but unfortunately this problem has me stumped. i have a 89 240sx with sr20 swap and has been in the car running perfectly for the last 4 yrs. The other day my car randomly died. My fuel pump isnt priming and also not getting spark. i have checked the fuses and all are good. My relays dont even make noise when i turn the key. I borrowed buddies ecu thinking that maybe mine fried all of a sudden and i plugged his in and it worked. i turned off the key and when i went to start it again it is now doing the same thing as before but this time my 25a eng cont fuse is popped. i am scared to change the fuse and try again and maybe blow his ecu if thats is truly whats wrong with mine. any suggestions?

Is the car super lowered? Check the harness underneath the driver side fender to see if the tire rubbed through it. Also, check the 85 amp main fuse to see if that is blown. Also, check the harness that goes to the ecu and dash plug. If the power wires there corrode bad enough it may cause these sort of issues.
