car ran fine now it won't start....

ok so i recently rebuilt my ka24e got everything wired up and in time.. car fired right up..since then the car has ran fine and ive gotten 500 miles on it... so i was driving it yesterday and as soon as it hit 2k rpms it would chug really bad then it died and won't start back up...

i checked all my fuses first and a 25 amp eng control fuse was blown so i replaced it

still no fire

found a short in the harness that runs to ign coil.. fixed, new fuse and still no fire

im getting 40 psi fuel pressure at the rail and am also getting spark to plugs

earlier i pulled number three spark plug wire off.. car started for about ten seconds then died

the only thing left i can think of is timing..... any help would be amazing thank you. ps motor spins over free as a bird
