Yes, if you're not running an SAFC-II the car will die off when you let off.I had to hook up a recirculator to my B.O.V in order to prevent this.When you let out the pressure from the B.O.V, the E.C.U is still sending fuel into your car, and it doesn't know otherwise. Your air/fuel ratio will be messed up, causing the car to overload with gas and die. (More gas than air). Also check all your lines and wires to your intake. Check the Idle-Air control valve.Good Luck!
