How can I fix this? Its for the intake valve timing control

nala... s*** getting old dude... youve been on this forum longer then i have you should know damn well to search before posting... i searched and found like 10 different threads. you can start by going with a heavier weight oil and see if that works.

Also, keep the RPMs above 2500, esp. when accelerating or going up hill.
