Car Problems

alright this is for my buddies car and not mine.

hes got a ka24e with a big turbo on it.. everything on that end is good..

but our problem came up when finally got power to car. lights came on and everything but the green box in the engine bay was clicking and the fuel pump wasnt coming on.

is their and relation between the fuel pump and the green box?

also i posted it in the 240 section other than ka forum because the ka forum doesnt get that much traffic.

Can anybody help??

also we powered up the fuel pump with a battery but its not getting power threw the harness.. the fuse is good we check that too.
