car problems never end =(

93' 240sx KA24DE auto transmission

My car has a problem to where it shifts at 25 and then again at 50 and it won't shift before it reaches those speeds no matter what so for daily driving it sucks and huge drop in mpgs. Also, i've been going to limp mode on and off from time as in car refusing to go over 2000 rpms. A friend i know has a lift so used it to find that the pan that holds the transmission fluid was somehow dented so banged that out, replaced filter, and put redline transmission fluid in there and it went fine for a few days and then the shift problem occurs again, even worse during cold start. What could be causing this problem and what kind of damage could have occured from a dented transmission fluid pan?
