i installed a welded diff in my s13 and the tires are worn bad, car pools hard to the right and i pulled the rear sway bar, could that cause the pool?

Yeah, I bet uneven air pressure or tire wear causes that pull.

Uneven tire wear from doing burnouts/drifting in an open diff will cause that. Also check tire pressure, that will also cause it. Right after i welded my friends and installed it we had the same problem. Nothing a new set of tires can't fix.
