Cops in your area forcing you to keep that silencer on?

Never had a single encounter with cops in this car. The silencer comes out from time to time, but at present in my apt area, less noise meanse less attention, which is good

Yeah, the whole thing looks great. What did you do to get the underside so clean? Lots of degreaser and hard work?

Also, what have you done with the car as far as body mods? I see the white/amber turn signal lights but what kind of front lip spoiler is that?

Looks like the oh-so-hard to find 89-90 lip.

Thankyou for the kind words! OK here's the scoop: a bit long-winded so bear with me..

This is the car NISSAN should have sent us!!

The car pictured is the best parts of two cars put into one. The shell, gas tank, brake hard lines, steering column location, and dash are regular 240sx parts from model year 1991.

The front end bodywork, doors, power folding mirrors, hatch, 1/4panel glass, rear tails, garnish, bumper from 180sx model year 1992. The power windows have both an auto down and auto up function. <3

Also from 180sx are sr20det engine, all engine accessories/complete harness, transmission, driveshaft, vlsd, shafts, rear subframe, front crossmember, brakes, interior carpet, plastics, seats(driver side now S14 seat), seatbelts, gauge cluster, visors... every item that could be unbolted from a complete running 180sx was swapped, to include even the gas filler door. Power folding mirrors work great, but are offset for the RHD and a bit hard to see normally from LHD position. 180sx climate control is installed.

Updates include GP Sports GR6 coiloverHKS racing Ti exhaustBlitz fmicHKS ssqv with hotpipesafcII (pass emissions!)5zigen fno1r-c 17x8 +35215/45-17 toyo #4Energy Suspension master kitcusco fstb, cusco toe links, cusco t/c rodshicas swaysGoodridge SS lines...pignose front lip!HKS intake, Z32 maf

The reason I took the pics are because the wheels have come off in favor of some reconditioned S14 SE alloys and ATTAIN/Z32/S14 SE rotor five lug kit which went on this last weekend. For the new tire I chose 205/55-16 sticky Toyo RA1.

Koyo, T28, tomei pump, tomei 555injectors are next. (bought from Phase2 of course)

There was a local member on here named Swift_drift.. he and his dad bought a complete 1992 180sx. I think after he got the car he found that No, he really couldnt' get it legal for road use.

GR-6 is too stiff for me! I've been on the phone with JIC trying to sweet talk them into giving me a reasonable price on FLT-A2. We'll see...

Thats a sweet looking ride, love the wheels and exhaust.....the pignose lip just dont look right, go for the 180SX front bumper/lip combo and you will be set.....
