I just want to say thanks for your help and information. After replacing the plugs, O2 sensor, and catalytic converter, my car passed with flying colors. Apparently the failed O2 sensor caused the cat to go bad.

Before:HC - 183/174CO - 4.47/1.12NOx - 546/1258

After:HC - 89/174CO - .18/1.12NOx - 485/1258
