I've been checking out my options for replacing my broken headlight assemblies lately and was astounded by some of the pricing. Suprisingly, no yard seems to have a Zenki in Lansing, MI. Tried to have my local junkyard source some, but never got a call back on it. So I checked car-part.com. Their prices vary, but are pretty high. Heres one example for a right side headlamp assembly described as such: 'BROKEN BRACKET IN 3 SPOTS' and is listed at $150. They can't be serious. Selling broken parts for near new pricing? Lens and housing from Pinnacle is 140 new and the whole setup including lights is only $178. They did have one listed at 160 in 'USED, GOOD CONDITION'. Why would anyone pay that? I'm curious if this typifies salvage pricing or if the car-part vendors are particularly pricey?

I know some sites have recommended car-part for transmission swap parts and whatnot, but I certainly hope these parts come with a complimentary jar of Vaseline. Looks like I'll be going NEW!

Yeah some places are expensive because they can charge insane prices. Our local junkyard keeps raising prices due to increasing insurance and it has come to the point where his insurance won't let the public pull parts, so they had to hire help. Most places are just plain greedy.

No, actually same year as yours. What kind of condition and do you have a price in mind? I am looking for both headlights. Front blinkers if you've got those too.

Ok, checked out your car. I'm sure it's just the headlights. Let me know.

Off-topic but I noticed in your sig you have WANLI tires. We are one of the largest distributers of WANLI and they suck. Keep an eye on your sidewalls they tend to split a lot. We have had nothing but problems here at work with them. And yes thet are made in China.

Yes, one in the same. That was my brother's screen name, I didn't know he logged on. I sent you an email too, let me know if that is plus shipping and if you need me to get a quote for shipping, etc... Sounds alright to me. Shoot me an address in your email if you would. Thanks.

My zip is 48866.

Ok, I got an error message regarding my email. Is the one in your sig out of date? It says storage full. Anyway, I'm interested in the lights. Do you Paypal?
