guys i need help i busted a noob reverse and hit my like front left bumber side and the medal part which caused a dent my dad doesnt know or he will go rambo on my *** any 1 know like some quick way to restore its color bak the way it was i hit like a yellow pole and my grey 350z got some yelow in the front left nothing sever just 3 in scratch dent 3cm in depth

Step 1, learn to use punctuation.

Step 2, learn to use rubbing compound.

If step 2 doesn't work, you'll probably need to have it painted.

Go to dealership and get some touch up paint.

Shall we add spelling to the list? Did you hit something similar to a yellow pole? You stated the damage was like the left front bumper..could the damage have been the left rear or the right front bumper? Wherever, the damage is, good luck with the repair.
