Hi to anyone who is reading this , well my car never had overheating problems , even when I drove her hard. But the other days the fan clutch stoped working like it should and the car overheated....I did however later replaced the fan clutch, but now my car overheats when I turn my ac on!!!! I don't see why this would happen if I drive with no ac the car stays cool, the radiator water was flushed but like my title says it has a broken air relief and I think the system has some air in it ( I can see bubbles coming out at times from the radiator cap) ...is there any other way to bleed the air out ? taking the screw out is not at option...at least for now My car is a 1991 240sx ...thanks for any help...

Park on a slight incline so Radiator is highest point of Engine Bay. Let the Engine Idle untill it gets warm so the Thermostat is opened. Turn Heat on and remove Radiator cap. Squeeze the Upper and Lower Radiator hoses until the Bubbles stop. Top off and go.

I don't know.... maybe low oil ??? or wrong oil grade...I hope so

Well I founded what the strange noise was. For some odd reason the idler pulley in my car is scratching the stabilizer bar. No my car doesn’t have any sort of aftermarket stabilizer bar. So could it be that the engine is to low? That’s my guess… Ill try to get new engine mounts when I get the money, but is the idler pulley that important? I searched but I didn’t found its function. Thanks

Well at least I fixed the overheat problem...the car was extremely out of time so if your car overheats you may want to check that.
