Usually at night when I'm driving, and I have the heat on, my needle goes up close to the H area. But when I turn the heat off and put on AC or whatever, the needle goes back down. What could be causing this problem? Let me know. Thanks!

Is it over heating or the needle just does that when you turn on the heater

When I have the heat on for a while, the needle goes up.

So I'm guessing that it's overheating. I checked my radiator, and I know it's not leaking.

It could be my t-stat, but what else could it be?
