car over heating

ok heres whats happening. when you drive the coolant doesnt goes into the top hose but when it gets inside the engine it doesnt flow through its clogged or something so it goes into the coolant resovoir and when there is no more room it leaks out. anyone have any idea????? help me out

Replace your thermostat and/or waterpump.
