car not starting =[ please give me some suggestions

My friend and I are doing an SR20det swap, and as of right now the car is not running. every vacuum line is attached, every sensor, every line. the fuel pump squirts out gas, the spark plugs spark, and the car will turn over, but it doesnt seem like the injectors are spitting anything out. We did splice the harness ourselves, so im not too assured that its wired 100%.

Now, what are some things i should test, to see if it is infact the injectors, or the harness, or anything.
