Car not starting? I need some serious help for this one.

Alright guys 91 240sx w/ ka24de. I got the motor rebuilt, and finally got it into the car. Hooked up everything and when I went to start it, it cranked over but never started. So I do a spark and fuel test and I'm getting both. I do a compression test and all the cylinders are low, so I do a suggestion that my co-worker told me and it got the cylinders to raise the compression. Well now it just cranks over, and I can't get it to fire? Please people I'm asking for help. And yes i've searced.

The cam timing and/or the ignition timing is incorrect. How did you set those timings? If you're not too sure, I can provide the procedures.

Well I redid my cam timing, and got everything lined up and put back togather, and it started on the first crank. Thanks guys for all the help.
