car not running right can anyone help

ok car used to run fine, but now when u get to 5k it loses power like it dont want to go an if u let off a bit it picks up just a bit it is driving me crazy i ran a compresson check on it an it was good number one is at 145psi an 2 is at 150 an 3 an 4 are at 145 psi an it holds all compresson after u shut it off. timing is right on to from what i can tell with the light. it lights up on the bottom mark every time dead on. all vacums r hooked up to the only mods on it now r a aem cold air intake an, a headder with a 3in ex with a high flow cat. so what could b wrong with it if any one has any idea feel free to say cause i am lost!!

ok update my dum a** tested the compression wrong, i am getn 170 n two of the clynders an 175 n another an 165 n the last one much better. lmao i for got to hold the gas to the floor. i c that u guys have been lookn at this post but no one has any input, what up with that. if i didnt give u enouf info let me know or ask a qustion an i will let u know if i can thank u.

Check your ignitions components for damage or moisture. I had that problem and it turned out to be my cap and rotor. The OE one finally went after 180,000 miles.

ok will do n the moring mine motor only has 93k on it

check the temp sensor near for broken weather stripping on the harness. take the plug off and look in to see if its green. if so clean it. car feels like it has no power then suddenly it gets up and goes? also could be the IACV on the intake. those can be cleaned but be careful not to damage it its like $200

no it has power jut not after 5k it has full power till 5k

General tune up. Check your timing, maybe swap in a new fuel filter.

yea tining is great i checked that fule filter is what i am leaning at
